Top: 424 Fifth (c/o). Skirt: 424 Fifth (c/o). Belt: Banana Republic (similar). Coat: Kate Spade (similar from Ann Taylor). Shoes: Kate Spade (similar). Handbag: Chanel. Sunglasses: Gucci.
This outfit is full of doubles: double the mesh polka dots (on my top and on my heels), double the top (I own this pretty piece in white also) and double the skirt (I just had to purchase it in powder blue too, seen here in a previous post). Singles are fun, but doubles are twice as nice.
–SHOP THE LOOK–
Yesterday I mentioned that Gaby and I had the pleasure of attending the most lovely Tea Party this past Sunday at the cutest shop I’ve ever been to, Blush. You may already be familiar with Blush from their absolutely beautiful Instagram feed (and if you’re not, you need to follow asap, trust me, you’ll love it).
Michele, the owner, is as sweet as she is stylish, and has created a gorgeous girly space that I just want to live in. Below are some pics from her fabulous event and store. Most of the items pictured below are also available at Blush’s online store. I hope you enjoy all of the girly glamour as much as I did!

Happy Monday Everyone! I hope you all had a lovely weekend! Yesterday, I attended a tea party at one of the prettiest stores I’ve ever been to, Blush. I’ll share pics of the event tomorrow, but here is what I wore to the lovely shopping party. When putting this outfit together, I started with this pretty purple Choies skirt, then added the other purple pieces to create an ombre feel from top to bottom. I really love the shading effect that was created, and I definitely plan to try this again in different hues.
A side note about this Choies skirt. This was my first time ordering from Choies, and I actually ordered this same skirt in red at the same time. Both were on sale for only $19. The material is quite pretty, however, the bottoms of both skirts were unevenly hemmed, and the button holes on both skirts were stitched closed. The skirts were much too long for me, so I had to have both hemmed regardless, which fixed the uneven hem. At only $25, I would certainly recommend purchasing these skirts, however, as you would guess for only $25, the quality is not top notch.
