Day to Night

DAY:  Cardigan: BP via Nordstrom. Top: H&M dress worn as top. Skirt: Necessary Objects via Nordstrom. Shoes: Nine West. Necklace: Forever 21. Sunglasses: Chanel. Ring: BCBG.

NIGHT:  Clutch: Zara. Sandals: Jimmy Choo.

My day-to-night dressing formula. . .remove the cardigan, pointy toe pumps and tote bag.  Add a sparkly clutch and pretty sandals.  Voilà, you have a super easy look to take you from work to sipping cocktails with fabulous friends.

I was in love with the skirt- gray is my favorite color (which is funny because my 4 year old always says, “Gray’s not a color. Pick another one.”). And then I saw that clutch. I don’t even use clutches, but I am in love with that one!

Ha ha, gray is definitely a color!! That’s so adorable that he said that! Thanks so much Katie!

You look FABULOUS! What a versatile outfit — appropriate for day, night, and fancy weekend. I’d wear this to a shower or something. In fact, I have one coming up, maybe I’ll try to recreate :) .

Jenny, I love this transformation. Interesting what a difference a cardigan, shoes and clutch/bag can make. I am so in love with your sequined clutch, It can dress up so many looks and such a statement piece. The pearls necklace is super match to the whole outfit. Next time I would try out sth different with the hair minus sunglasses hahaha? ;-)
Have a great start in the week!
