Lots o’ Leopard

Skirt: J.Crew. Jacket: BCBG. Top: Ann Taylor. Shoes: Joan & David (recent). Handbag: Chanel. Necklace: ASOS. Rings: Coach, Kate Spade. Bracelet: H&M. Sunglasses: Chanel.

While cobalt is one of my favourite colours for Fall, leopard definitely has to be my favourite print.  It’s so fun, feminine, versatile, and bold, yet it can still act as a neutral.  Are you loving leopard for Fall too?

I love leopard. It’s so easy to wear and perfect for Fall.

Your skirt is lovely. In the “it” colour for Fall too.

    Hi Jenny.

I absolutely love leopard and all animal prints. In fact, if you see my post today, it’s almost as if we called each other last nite to plan our outfits for today! :-)

P.S. I bought the skirt in Toronto a few weekends ago. I had a blast there during TIFF.

I completely agree–if animal print is done right (like here!), it can totally be treated as a neutral. I only have one leopard piece (a dress) but it’s one of my favorite looks for fall!

I prefer it shorter like yours.

    • Posted September 17, 2012 at 12:44 pm by Jenny | Permalink

Thanks so much Martha! Funny, you are right, it looks so much longer online. No, I did not have it altered. I think I’m wearing it a bit higher up than the model, but I’m sure she’s much taller than me, so that is weird. I tried the pink one on in store, and it was definitely the same length as the one I’m wearing. I ordered this bordeaux one online. Strange.
