Changing Leaves

Sweater: H&M Cashmere (recent). Turtleneck & Skirt: H&M Trend (recent). Shoes: Joan & David. Handbag: Coach. Rings: Gorjana, Kate Spade, Coach. Watch: Michael Kors. Bracelets: Forever 21, J.Crew, BCBG. Sunglasses: Chanel.

 

During a very successful H&M shopping trip last week, I picked up these 3 perfect Fall pieces. . .this super soft cashmere sweater (yes, that’s right, I said cashmere from H&M!), this semi-sheer burgundy knit turtleneck, and this full skirt in the prettiest pumpkin colour.  I did not intend to wear them as an outfit, but when I got home and saw these yellow, orange and burgundy pieces together, the colours reminded me of the beautiful changing leaves on the trees right now, and I just had to wear them all at once.

    The color scheme is gorgeous and perfect for this time of year. I picked up a yellow sweater this weekend too which is weird since I never like yellow on me but I am getting over it :)

    What an unusual colour combo. It looks great! Especially with the background.
    Did you see the amazing burgundy leather pencil skirts that H&M has now? They are gorgeous! I really wanted one but walked out with 2 turtle necks instead.
    When I was at Eaton Centre last week I spotted those cashmere sweaters. They also had some lovely all silk blouses. I’m glad to see they are starting to carry better fabrics.

      Thanks Suzanne! I actually did see that burgundy leather skirt! I debated trying it on, but I’ve gained a few pounds in the last few months, and none of my pencil skirts fit me right now. I’m hesitant to buy anymore because I don’t want them to be too big once I get off my lazy butt and lose the extra weight. I should go try it on though because it was really pretty!

    It’s just so sweet how those colours matches the leaves colours, you are so creative :-) . hahaha, how funny is this I got this burgundy turtleneck and I wanted this yellow cashmere 3/4 sweater and it was sold out they only had it in pink :-( .     I love that you stuck with an autumn color pallet with this outfit! The yellow, orange, and animal print heels blend beautifully with the trees behind you. And I’m a little jealous that it’s warm enough for bare legs where you are! We went into tight and legging weather this week!
