You know the old saying, “Birds of a Feather Flock Together”?  Well, when I bought a parrot printed skirt from H&M last week (already worn in my post: Pretty Bird), I couldn’t leave the store without buying this peplum top as well.  I know two bird printed pieces (although slightly different) seems unnecessary, but I just couldn’t resist.
