One year ago today, Crazy Style Love was born . . . and what a year it’s been.  Never in my wildest dreams could I have predicted the incredible amount of joy, support and personal growth I would receive from starting this blog. To recap the past 365 days, I thought it was fitting to showcase how I’ve worn one item in different ways.

Looking back at some of these photos, I realize just how much my style has evolved over the last year.  To some, the changes might not be apparent, but to me, it’s like night and day.  I feel that my style is much more refined than 12 months ago, and the new pieces that I’m adding to my wardrobe better suit where I want my style to be.

I also want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your incredible and constant support.  The lovely e-mails and sweet comments you leave day after day are so touching and always bring a smile to my face.  I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Toronto Fashion Week: Last Look and Korhani Home

Sweater and Skirt: H&M. Clutch: Coach. Necklace: BCBG. Shoes: Boutique 9. Watch: Michael Kors. Rings: Kate Spade, Coach. Bracelets: BCBG, Forever 21. Sunglasses: Chanel.

This is the last look that I wore to Toronto’s Mastercard Fashion Week.  Walking into the tents, I was lucky enough to be captured by a photographer from Fashion Magazine and this outfit was shown on their website.  Thank you Fashion Magazine for including me in your feature!

This is also the last Fashion Week runway show that I will be sharing with you, and boy, did I save the best (and most unique) for last!  Korhani Home specializes in floor coverings and home furnishings.  Each season, Korhani Home presents upcoming interior design trends in the form of a fashion show.  Each look sent down the runway is actually created from rugs!  Kristen Korhani, chief designer and creative director, is incredibly talented, and it’s truly amazing what she has created out of carpet.  I was blown away by the beauty, drama and creativity behind the entire collection.  Below are a few of my favourite looks, but you can visit the World MasterCard Fashion Week website to watch the Korhani Home Fall 2013 runway show and to see the entire collection.
