The Best Foods for Healthy Eyes

Tom Ford eye glasses via IRIS (c/o)

The older I get, the more I realize that I’m not getting any younger. čśë ┬áSeriously though, as I age, I become more and more concerned with preventative aging measures such as good skincare, sunscreen, exercise, etc. I’ve seen the peeking through of a few wrinkles, I may or may not have some gray hairs, and my vision seems to be getting slightly more blurry with each passing year. Thankfully, I’m not alone. Justin has also felt the wrath of Father Time. He was fitted with his first pair of eye glasses this past Summer.

As you may know, I’ve been working with IRIS for the last several years to promote the importance of eye health and protection. I was recently chatting with their team, and I mentioned (only half kidding) that I should be eating a lot more carrots to improve my vision. They told me that there are actually many foods that you can eat to promote healthy eyes. I didn’t realize the list was so extensive. I thought it was really interesting and helpful, so I wanted to share this here with you too. Cheers to eating your way to better vision!
